I am finally uploading my sketches for the first time since July. I have been thinking about the way I sketch and came up with a conclusion that I tend to speed up the process of drawing avoiding a right way constructing a shape. That’s why my new sketches will be more careful, thought trough and hopefully better than previous ones. Of course, there will still be mistakes but it’s fine, just need to learn from these mistakes and see them.

Here are a few simple tent sketches. I wanted to focus on a construction and sections of shapes and that’s why sketches are grey and really simple. All construction lines are visible and help to understand how a shape of a tent was created.

Materials used:

  • a black ballpoint pen;
  • a 3B graphite pencil.
